1. When will the conference be held?
The conference is scheduled to take place on the 6th and 7th of December 2025.​​

2. Where should I arrive?
You need to reach MET Rishikul Vidyalaya, Bhujbal Knowledge City, Reclamation, Bandra West, Mumbai 400050 ​

3. Are double delegations allowed?
Double delegations will not be offered at this year's event.

4. Is prior MUN experience a prerequisite for participation?
No, prior MUN experience is not mandatory. The conference is not only open to participants with varying levels of experience but is a great place for beginners to begin their MUN journey.
5. What is the dress code?
The dress code is Western Formals for both days of the conference. However, in the AIPPM committee, participants are expected to wear Indian Traditionals.

6. Can I request a committee change after being assigned?
Once committee allocations are made, they are considered final. These allocations are thoughtfully curated to align with delegates' preferences, experience, and compatibility with fellow delegates.

7. Will the use of electronic devices be permitted?
Electronic devices will be allowed at the conference to access offline files. Internet usage, however, will be restricted to unmoderated caucus sessions, breaks, or the discretion of the Executive Board. Delegates need to come with their own Wi-Fi dongles as it will not be provided.​

8. How should I prepare for the conference?
Your preparation can begin by thoroughly reviewing your committee's study guide to familiarize yourself with the agenda. Subsequently, engage in comprehensive research on the agenda topics and your country's stance with appropriate and credible websites.

9. Will meals and refreshments be provided during the conference?
Yes. The delegate package encompasses breakfast, lunch, and high tea on day 1, along with lunch and high tea on day two.
